The community that Oradea Tech Hub has built so far and good quality actions led us not to involve as main partners.With the opening of the BT Digital Hub in Oradea, many colleagues returned to Oradea, but we also promote the concept of Work from Oradea, offering colleagues from the country the opportunity to work and discover Oradea.

Together with Oradea Tech Hub, we thought of a roadmap with events, workshops and internships, to help those who want to gain experience, offering specialized technical expertise and wanting to facilitate the growth of the community.We believe that so far we have succeeded in accelerating the growth of the IT ecosystem in Oradea and I believe that the programmed projects are focused on the power of the community through synergy.

1. Ce vă motiveaza/v-a motivat să vă implicați în OTH?

Implicarea în OTH a pornit de la dorința de a vedea din orașul Oradea crescând o comunitate de tech și startups sănătoase. Și atunci când am pornit cei câțiva ideea OTH, nu exista niciun organism/organizație care să cuprindă și să pună baza comunitații tech din Oradea. Și am simțit cumva că noi cîțiva care am început de ceva vreme companii de IT ar fi momentul să dăm înapoi comunitații din timpul nostru, din experiența si resursele noastre, ca să ajutăm și pe altii ce vin după noi, să le fie mai ușor să avanseze în domeniul acesta. Într-un cuvant, e dorința de a face bine și a-i ajuta si pe alții, fara a aștepta ceva în schimb.

2. Ce obiective aveți în această implicare?

Doresc să văd Oradea că are un ecosistem de tech care crește sănătos și organic, și IT-ul să fie in top 3 industrii aducătoare de plus valoare din oras. Aș dori să văd zeci de companii pornite din Oradea de succes, și tinerii care termină studiile în Oradea să rămână în oraș, aducând aportul lor în aceste companii, creând bunăstare generală pentru toți cetățenii.

3. Care a fost experiența voastră de până acum?

Începutul a fost greu și anevoios, dar în ultimii ani simțim că încep companiile să înțeleagă această misiune a noastră și tot mai mulți pun umărul la dezvoltarea ecosistemului. Sunt satisfăcut că se văd roadele muncii chiar dacă după destui ani de implicare.

Oportunitatea pe care am văzut-o în dezvoltarea ecosistemului de tech din Oradea. Cred că Oradea poate deveni o destinație tech pentru profesioniști și antreprenori datorita nucleului care deja există, a mentalității și deschiderii comunității și calității vieții pe care orașul o oferă.

2. Ce obiective aveți în această implicare?
Obiectivul meu a fost și rămâne același: de a păstra cât mai mult din talentul pe care îl avem aici și de a atrage alți oameni talentați să se alăture ecosistemului!

3. Care a fost experiența voastră de până acum?
În perioada în care am condus OTH ca și Director Executiv, am fost încurajat să văd deschiderea comunitații și implicarea lor atunci când exista cineva care să adune lucrurile și să le pună în mișcare. Pentru ca lucrurile să se întâmple, o comunitate are nevoie de viziune și de oameni care să se implice operational full-time! Cu aceste 2 elemente, orice comunitate are un start promițător!
