Responsibilities

If you’ll join our team, you will be in charge of:

• Representing a single point of contact for business and IT
• Providing support for business line representatives to identify technical and business requirements and standardize these requirements
• Providing coaching and training for writing technical and business requirements
• Performing classification of requirements
• Providing support for targeting them on the correct flow for approval/implementation
• Finding the best technical solution for business requirements;
• Drawing and implementing the necessary templates for collecting/writing technical and business requirements
• Assuring the quality of documents written/transmitted to technical areas (quality check)
• Participating in design workshops to mediate and facilitate the clarification of technical and business requirements

Qualifications

To perform in this role, we would like you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics or equivalent experience – it’s important to know the fundamental theories that guide a proficient Business Analyst, but we cherish even more your hands-on experience
• Exposure to IT and/or banking field – as you will interact with both you must understand their needs, way of work, and specificity
• Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies experience – in the end, you will work based on these models
• .NET technology
• Intermediate level SQL knowledge and/or experience in Web Services testing is definitely an advantage,
• Communication and empathy as your well-known languages – this mix will be one of your critical assets in building those strong partnerships
• The capacity to structure every discussion, idea, and project – because every team needs a clear goal, process, and methodologies
• People-orientated attitude, ability to work well under pressure and to handle multiple projects and deadlines – yes, it’s not easy to be our Business Analyst, but will definitely be rewarding
• Flexibility in seeing situations from different angles, creativity in overcoming different milestones – it won’t be an easy journey but it’s going to be worthy
• Autonomy in day-to-day work, in performing requirements analysis – as you will play an important role in aligning people with technology
• A big desire to learn new technologies, the banking sphere, to meet and help new and awesome colleagues – this is a big part of your job.
